What this opportunity involves:
Our client is a multinational banking/ financial services organisation and, in the role, you’ll provide outstanding client service in the management, monitoring and control of a high-profile portfolio, strategically delivering exceptional property management and leasing outcomes.
Day to day duties:
Proactively develop and manage the relationship with the landlords, sub-tenants and client
Liaise with tenants in relation to operational matters and services relating to property and contractor performance
Prepare property expenditure budgets, forecasting and financial reporting
Ensure payment of relevant lease expenses in a timely manner – including outgoings, statutory costs, insurance
Maintaining compliance with all OH&S, environment and risk management policies and procedures that relate to your assigned properties
Review and validate monthly rent roll variances and provide commentary on changes
Assist with regular portfolio management reports, within specified timeframes, detailing property status and performance including recommendations on property and leasing issues
Support a culture of best practice and innovation
Pro-actively develop and implement strategies, policies, procedures for the property management functions

Real Estate Licence/ Certificate of Registration is essential.
We’re looking for someone with drive and passion! You will have experience working in a professional environment with proven client relationship management skills.
You are a Property Manager now, working in a high-volume environment with a major landlord or retailer, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
This role is not just about experience, but also about attitude, commitment and a demonstrated ability to think laterally and accommodate change, innovation and strategic thinking.
