Location:   We are now hybrid working with 1-2 days per week in our current London office in Barbican. We will be moving to our new office in Canary Wharf in the Spring of 2022.

What exactly will you be doing? 

The Projects and Data Quality Analyst role is crucial in moving AAT from ‘Data aware’ to ‘Enterprise Data’. You will be the key contact on AAT projects on behalf of the EDT, which will require stakeholder management as well as champion the benefits of improving organisational data maturity.

As AAT continues to transition more data into cloud-based solutions, you will ensure that the initial data requirements through to the final deliverables meet the defined and required standards, escalating as required.

Major objectives 

• Being key contact for projects on behalf of the EDT, championing importance of single-source-of-truth data and maintaining and improve organisational data quality, collaborating with colleagues as required for technical expertise
• Engage with end users and subject matter experts to identify, develop, document, validate and endorse requirements
• Provide strong stakeholder management within projects
• Address and work with Data Quality and Process Manager to prevent and correct data quality issues at source
• Production of Data Quality reports across AAT systems
• Support the Data Quality and Process Manager with all aspect of organisational data maturity

Requirements

What experience are we looking for? 

• Analysing and documenting data requirements
• Assisting in documenting Business Process and assist in translation to IT team
• Strong engagement skills, ability to build relationships with people at all levels
• Excellent communication skills, ability to be proactive and responsive with feedback and questioning
• The ability to positively influence and persuading others to take a specific course of action
• Previous relevant work experience and a degree/professional qualification or substantial experience in a similar role.
• Developing reports and dashboards
• Data management and quality best practice
• Customer centricity – strong customer focus both internal and external
