£18,220 -  £24,738

We are looking to add to our friendly and established team of residential care workers as soon as possible. 

Viking House (Oxford OX3 9DD) is a residential short break care centre offering support to children and young people with significant disabilities ranging from complex physical health needs to autistic spectrum condition. The service provides overnight short break care throughout the year excluding bank holidays. Due to the needs of our young people part of the role will include providing personal care, supporting challenging behaviour and advocating for their needs. We liaise daily with external agencies including schools and social workers.

Extensive training provided and opportunities for progression and training avaialble. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a supportive team to provide an excellent standard of care to those young people accessing our service. 

A variety of shift patterns will be considered.
