Position Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity for a project/process analyst within our Atherstone or Amsterdam head offices.

Salary up to £41K depending on experience
 
As a project/process analyst you would be responsible for:
·         Providing support to business agility transformation in EU.
·         Performing in depth research, analysis and evaluation of transformation initiatives, typically adapting and using established or innovative tools and methods. Recommends or performs actions that deliver enhancements toward business agility through a doer and/or coaching position.
·         May require project management of enhancements to established processes or solutions.

Key Accountabilities:
·         Measurement metrics & tools - Develops and recommends enhancements to established metrics and tools. Presents recommendations for improvement to agile teams.  Evaluates performance metrics for an assigned agile team to identify opportunity. Recommends changes to the appropriate audience.
·         Preparing business cases - Provides analytical support preparing a lean business case or benefit hypothesis of process / transformation topic, Objectives and Key Results (OKR’s). Performs defined analysis. Develops and structures recommendations including detailed analysis, rationales, associated benefits and risks.
·         LPM Management and Control - Be the coordinator between all LPM forums (Demand funneling, PRT (Portfolio Review Team), PEO (Portfolio Execution Office), SPC (Strategic Portfolio Committee) & PEL (Portfolio Execution Leadership) to ensure transparency and visibility
·         Project/product manages enhancements for established agile processes and agile governance initiatives. Uses approved or innovate tools and methodologies to manage and report progress and results.
·         Quality assurance & compliance - Supports quality assurance processes by developing and recommending specific audit criteria, methods and tools to evaluate and report required elements of compliance. Adopt a fit-to- purpose analysis and toward demonstrating proof-of-concept.  Supports and provides guidance to key stakeholders to ensure process compliance.
·         Analysis & evaluation - Performs high level financial analysis relating to assigned changes. Supports decision-making by evaluating and recommending opportunities to optimise business results.  Presents analysis and recommendations in appropriate formats to aid understanding. Monitors and evaluates business results for assigned areas and recommends actions needed to achieve goals on ad hoc basis.
·         Standardisation - Supports the development and deployment of standard agile tools & process across FedEx. Includes gathering requirements, developing/co-ordinating simple adaptations, adapting project documentation, user-training etc. 
·         Strategic/tactical recommendations - Performs market research, analysis and benchmarking (competitor capability/solutions, best practices, business needs etc.). Under guidance, translates into meaningful tactical recommendations. Ensures recommendations are aligned with global developments/direction.
·         Business & IT knowledge  - Develops/maintains knowledge Agile & SAFe. Provides new insights and shares relevant knowledge with peers/managers. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of FedEx processes providing guidance to both peers and customers.

To be successful in the role you will have:
·         Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
·         5-8 years of agile experience
·         Scaled Agile Certification (SAFe) preferred
·         Proven ability to solve problems creatively
·         Strong familiarity with agile & project management methodologies, and best practices
·         Strong interpersonal skills / Excellent written & verbal communication skills
·         Experience in transformation initiatives
·         Good presentation skills with experience of presenting complex concepts and solutions to various levels of the organization
·         Good influencing skills with the ability to gain commitment to actions
·         Good process management skills with the ability to use appropriate tools to map complex process requirements
·         Good project management skills with experience of co-creation
·         Excellent analytical skills with experience of using structured techniques & tools to analyze complex data requirements

Education: Master: Engineering

Certification: SAFe Practioner (SP) - Agile
