What you will be involved in 

• Coordinate the implementation of program management systems and processes for large projects, including maintaining program establishment, governance, and reporting systems and processes.
• Provide a range of program management and support services, including preparing reports and briefs, coordinating resources, maintaining documentation, and implementing and monitoring plans to ensure outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards.
• Support stakeholder management processes, including preparing workshops, providing support to stakeholders, and engaging with, influencing, building, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Oversee, and monitor the delivery of sub-programs, ensuring completion per relevant guidelines, quality, and deadlines, at or below budget.
• Demonstrate the five ways of leading behaviours to deliver organisational outcomes for our customers, our people, and communities for the greater good.

About you

Most likely the successful candidate will have experience working with a range of project teams and will have a passion for developing strong partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels within a dynamic and customer-focused organisation. The ability to confidently manage multiple projects to a high standard, often within competing timeframes, and maintain a high level of diplomacy and confidentiality is essential.
