Job Description

I am currently in need of x 2 Construction / Project Managers to manage projects in North, East & Central London.

The projects are -

- 20 unit low rise Timber frame D&B new build residential in North London

- 40 new build apartments built on a 3 storey RC Frame block in central London

Key duties will be -

  • Ability to lead a project upwards of 20 units
  • Co-ordinate trades and facilitate medium term look ahead programmes
  • Be able to lead on H&S
  • Lead on subcontractor management
  • Manage Q/A and Logistics
  • Be able to put together project reports
  • Be able to input in Design Meetings

Essential experience needed -

  • Residential / Multi unit experience
  • IT Literate
  • SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified

My client are looking at either a temporary to permanent or permanent hire to start in August 2021.

Perm salary my client is looking to pay circa £70-£75k plus package.
