Groundwork Project valued at £5m

Individuals will need to have a strong understanding of groundworks while working on a mixture of residential and mixed-use schemes for a specialist subcontractor.

About the opportunity:

We have been asked to find specialist groundwork Project Manager capable of delivering packages ranging in value from £5 up to £15m

Individuals will need to have an Engineering background

Usual duties will apply from overall management of the site team, technical management of the programme and works, through to management of the client and surrounding aspects (i.e. health & safety, temporary works and client meetings).

About the Benefits and Rewards

For this position, we are targeting candidates looking to earn anywhere from £80,000 to £100,000 per annum however a day rate can be imposed from £300 per day - £400 per day specific salary will be defined upon experience and suitability.

About the Requirements

Suitable candidates will ideally be degree qualified in civil engineering or construction management and will be able to show a strong history from an engineer through to management over the last 5-10 years.

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate a strong amount of groundwork experience.

Ideally the candidate will hav3e worked for rival groundwork subcontractor in the UK
