We have opportunities across our fibre and consumer portfolios where you’ll need to be really comfortable delivering complex technology change, and bringing that to life for our customers through our digital and agent channels.
You’ll have end to end accountability for the delivery of one or more projects, you’ll be passionate about doing the right thing, the right way and always seeking out ways to deliver value early.
You will be a natural collaborator, bringing together multiple technology towers and uniting them behind a common, shared goal. Your drive and enthusiasm will bring pace to the delivery.
We’re looking for people who can demonstrate;
Accountability for end to end delivery of large, complex software projects, with budgets ranging from £1 - £5m.
A customer first approach. You know we build technology to make customers’ lives better.
Adaptability in delivery, an appreciation that a one size fits all approach isn’t always right, and the experience to be pragmatic across both waterfall and agile projects.
Working with and across multiple teams, ensuring dependencies are understood both within and across projects and owning the plan that joins it all together.
Effective communication across a variety of audiences. Able to constructively challenge and be challenged whilst maintaining a one team ethos.
An ability to flourish in a fast paced, dynamic environment. You’re not phased by change, but your logical thinking allows you to make sense of it, understand impacts and clearly present options.
A passion for delivery that excites and motivates the team. You’ll bring real drive to your projects.
