A bit about the job:
This role would be ideal for you, if you are seeking a challenge and stimulating opportunity, it will provide you with the prospect to work on complex and large transformations. You will liaise with stakeholders (up to director level), responsible for vendor management tasks, challenge and negotiate with third party suppliers. Along with driving success during the lifecycle of various transformation programmes/projects, including supporting with the design, planning and implementing stages.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Strong project management knowledge gained from working in a matrix environment
Prior experience working on transformation / change projects or programmes
Exposure to working in a corporate, regulated industry such as a Financial Services
Ability to rapidly gain knowledge of a business and its customer needs and drivers for change
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
