The Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to take lead on a circa £10m Re-Cladding project located in East London. The project consists of 3 separate buildings (2x residential and 1x hotel) that are all going to remain live and occupied. Therefore client and tenant liaison is going to be paramount.

The construction work itself will be relatively straight forward, with a limited number of subcontractors on site (mainly brickwork, scaffolding and cladding). There will be a dedicated Quality Manager based on site to help and document everything due to the sensitive nature of the project.

You will be reporting upstream to a Project Director (who is not site based).

The Salary

In return our client are willing to offer a salary in the region of £70,000 - £80,000 + Package.
