About the role:

As the Project Manager on this project you'll be working site bases. You will manage the progress on site and complete site reports, complete site audits, quality assurance, answer day to day queries, watch over contractors and ensure the site is running to time and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standard
• Making sure the project is safely delivered through
• Reporting upstream to the Regional Director
• Meeting deadlines
• Carrying out fire regulations

Requirements:

• CSCS
• First Aid certificate
• SMSTS
• Experience working on new residential builds valued over £5 million
• RC Frame experience
