About the Role

• Manage preparation of Testing and Commissioning Plans, Sub-Plans, Testing Specifications, Procedures and Test Documentation as required for the project
• Review the Testing and Commissioning Documentation from sub-contractors
• Ensure testing targets and objectives being met as defined in the project program
• Lead the planning and control of all testing requirements, resources and test equipment
• Provide tracking, reporting and forecasting for T&C resources and activity
• Plan and organise possessions, outages and necessary precautions required for the safe testing & commissioning of the works, in liaison with the sub-contractors, Joint Venture partners, client's representative, the Authority and the Project/Construction Manager

About You

• Tertiary (Bachelor) degree in Electrical/ Electronic/Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in rail systems testing and commissioning activities
• Understanding and ability to implement a quality system including preparation and implementation of ITP's, QA registers etc.
• Ability to collaborate as part of a supportive high-performing team

• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail

• Strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast paced environment with multiple and competing demands
