Jumar Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Project Manager to join a leading Insurance company delivering technical change projects across the business. This full-time project management role is based in London with hybrid working and offers a favourable salary of £65,000-£75,000 and excellent benefits.

As a Project Manager, you will plan, implement, and finalise projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.

You will be working with leading edge technology that is set to revolutionize the Insurance industry. This role will see you managing multiple multi-million pound projects across the technology and change function.

In your first few weeks in this Project Manager role, you can expect to:

Direct and manage project development from beginning through delivery and transition to BAU

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, project plans and associated communication documentation

Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders

Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals

Draft and submit a budget proposal and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary

To be successful in this PM role, you will need proven experience in a hands-on project manager role within the insurance industry and exceptional stakeholder management skills, working with multiple departments and IT stakeholders, internal platforms, and third-party vendors. You will also require outstanding analytical, planning, and organisational skills with an ability to manage contending demands.

In return for your dedication, collaboration and commitment, you will receive a generous salary of £65,000 £75,000 and a fantastic benefits package, including a £5,000 car allowance, up to 10% bonus and 12% pension.
