With this expansion, a need now exists to take on a competent project manager to manage a development in the Hobsonville area, a 140 housing development ($1.4M - $2.5) . This role involves the day to day running of the entire construction sites with several houses under construction at any one time.

Your day to day duties will involve:

• Managing site staff
• Working with, directing and managing carpenters, labourers and sub-contractors
• Planning of work schedules
• OSH on site
• Service delivery and ensuring timeframes are being met

As an applicant you have:

• You will came from a trade background and have experience working on ideally volume residential sites in a project management capacity having progressed through the ranks. You demonstrate leadership skills, can motivate a team, and can effectively drive outcomes
