A key member of the project management team within the Creative Content department. Reporting to the Lead Project Manager, the role is primarily responsible for ensuring that print-related creative projects, briefed from business stakeholders, are well-managed from initial brief, through concept development, artwork, approvals, repro, printing and production. Highly proficient in developing critical paths and schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time, and managing resource and suppliers to deliver within set budgets. The Project Manager also oversees the development of creative identities for seasonal and marketing campaigns.

About you
With previous experience in project management and social media, you will be comfortable with multitasking and able to deliver projects on time, in budget and that meet the business objectives.
You’ll be responsible for Budget Management, including raising purchase orders and other administrative tasks. In this role, you’ll ensure day-to-day communication is managed smoothly between Creative and the rest of the business. The Project Manager will need to work evenings and weekends when necessary for events and fashion weeks, and be willing to operate at all levels in order to push the work over the line.
You’ll manage the submissions of creative briefs from across the business, showing initiative to critically review and understand requirements such that you can brief others to deliver against them.
You will also be responsible for creative resource planning and allocation - ability to clearly brief the design and copywriting teams, as well as prioritise and manage their workload.
Responsible for the traffic management of work within the team: Manage Trello boards, Teams trackers and Workfront proofs to keep track of 30+ projects and their approvals at one time.
