Position Summary:
Location: can be based anywhere in Europe.
We have an opportunity for a Project Lead to join our Ship to Collect Centre of Excellence team.
Part of the Finance Department, the Centre of Excellence supports our internal and external customers with all Revenue Systems and Processes.
We deliver innovative system capabilities, support our strategically valuable customers and ensure compliance excellence.

We are looking for an experienced project manager to lead regional and global initiatives which will enhance our systems and processes and deliver a best in class customer experience. Under limited supervision you will be working with internal and external partners to build and implement these changes focusing on controlling costs and eliminating waste. You will interact with business partners and/or IT to gather, analyse and document information related to business requirements. You will need the ability to manage large scale working sessions with cross-functional teams; facilitate project meetings and communicate complex subjects in an understandable form to facilitate decision-making, customized to the audience.
To be successful in the role you will have:
Project Management qualified (SAFe, PRINCE, Six-Sigma, Quality Driven Management) with experience of leading cross-functional global projects, understanding business processes and applications
Excellent analytical skills, great attention to detail along with strong written and verbal communications, including presentation development for delivery to all levels of management
Excellent leadership, negotiation and relationship building skills
Ability to gather information from various sources and independently prioritize them to make recommendations to management
Expert knowledge of Revenue Systems and Financial Processes
Experience in implementing NextGen Digital processes
Expert Knowledge of all Microsoft packages
