About the team
Sydney Metro is leading Australia’s biggest public transport infrastructure program; developing, delivering and operating a new world-class metro railway system for Sydney. Our multi-disciplinary team have set out to transform the way Sydney travels and shaping the future of Australia’s largest city.
The opportunity
Right now, we have an opportunity for a Project Engineer to join us in our Sydney Metro Division. Work on the new Sydney Metro is an expanding and continuous project that involves breathtaking engineering. We have an opening to join our Western Sydney Project which will connect St Marys to Aerotropolis train station and this will involve both tunnelling and ground level train line construction.
Civil construction experience
High level utilities management knowledge
Project critical stakeholder management experience is essential

About you
You are a tertiary qualified Project Engineer with extensive experience on Infrastructure Projects. You must be eager for an opportunity to work on a once in a century state of the art train and transport network.
Ideally, you will bring a strong grasp of station box construction within tunnels; including piling and excavations and sub tunnel mining. However, those candidates with strong civils, deep excavation or structural experience, will also be highly regarded.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is Grade 9 ($138,670) – ($155,309) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
