The Company:

AW offers a wide range of Shrink Wrap applications and services. Our professional and highly trained team of shrink wrap installers design and wrap enclosures to keep UV rays, rain, snow and wind away. We use premium import grade 100% virgin resin films that contain maximum UV inhibitors and are extremely consistent in thickness.

Summary of Position:

 Estimates and monitors scaffold and/or shrink wrap costs from the project feasibility stage, through tender preparation, to the installation, client hand over, maintenance and removal. Coordinates project project progress with Architects, Engineers, Builders, and other project team members.

Duties and Responsibilitites:

  • Work under the direction General Manager
  • Work together with others as part of a team
  • Ensure project is within the time frame
  • Ensure that project is within budget
  • Resolve disputes between contracting parties
  • Calculate budget based in client's requirements
  • Prepare detailed estimate and qoutation as per required
  • Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards,and specifications.
  • Install all scaffolding/roofing as per manufactures specifications and to the Extreme Roofing high quality of standard. Able to build basic and advanced scaffolds and design basic scaffolds.
  • Keep ACCURATE record inventory
  • Ensure all work is in accordance with the Extreme Scaffolding Health and Safety Policy. Comply with safety and wellbeing policy and procedures, including accident and incident reporting and hazard management requirements.
  • Work in a safe manner at all times and do not undertake activities without appropriate training.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with your co-workers and management.
  • Deal with builders and customers in a friendly and proffesional manner at ALL times.
  • Wear and maintain uniform supplied at all times.
  • Keep work sites as tidy as possible.
