Platinum Recruitment are partnering with a Christchurch based company as they look to strengthen their project delivery team.

As a Project Coordinator you will have the opportunity to work within a diverse and challenging environment, with a team focused on delivery. This is your chance to increase your knowledge and further develop your skills as a project professional.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with the setup and maintenance of project schedules.
• Manage the development, distribution, and maintenance of project reports.
• Produce detailed project/portfolio reports and notifications.
• Examine project documentation/data for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate complex, multi-staged projects. Ability to keep projects on time and on budget.
• Travel to client site to oversea work.
• Identify and set milestones.
• Work directly with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.

To be successful you will need:

• 3+ years of direct experience coordinating or implementing projects
• Strong project coordination skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Awesome organisational skills
