Job Description

Our client is an experienced construction and insurance consultancy that manages insurance claims across NZ and Australia. They deliver high quality professional project management service with a focus on time, cost, and quality deliverables. They are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join their team.

About the role

You will coordinate the consultants and contractors, monitor project deliverables, and ensure timely delivery of projects. This position will be full time, Monday to Friday from 8am - 5pm.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Coordinating all company projects
  • Contributing to the overall business plan
  • Engaging with stakeholders and project managers to coordinate and monitor project deliverables and successfully manage projects
  • Assisting with the training of employees and project managers
  • General administration, invoicing, and updating of systems and documents as necessary

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in Project Coordination
  • Highly computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft office - particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • High attention to detail with a methodical approach to work
  • Great organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to commit to project goals and remain calm under pressure
  • A friendly and professional manner
