About this role
This role helps the IT organisation deliver significant transformation to become ever more effective and productive – by transforming the ways we operate and the services we provide.
This role coordinates and assures the execution of our transformation portfolio, specifically aligned to Digital Colleague Experience.
You'll have the following responsibilities
Assure delivery of the project, by assessing delivery of roadmaps and benefits, and that agile project management is well defined and rigorous.
Management and ownership of project deliverables and documentation e.g. status reports, RAID log, requests, issue register, trackers etc.
Coordination of on site deliveries and scheduling of work carried out by suppliers.
Assisting the creation of comms and end user support documentation including how to guides and FAQs.
Drafting of slide decks and briefings for stakeholder management sessions.
Coordinating/scheduling/chasing to gather information and updates from delivery stream leads, ensuring timelines are met.
Improve transformation capability and governance by challenge existing ways of working to improve transformation calibre and maturity.
Supporting digital delivery stream leads when required.
Maintaining documents such as central team holiday and on-site calendar.
Manage and record meeting minutes & actions.
·Booking group travel.
You'll have the following skills & experience
Project management – experience with Agile methodologies.
Stakeholder management – To Director level. Can explain the case for change, drawing on data and analytical techniques where appropriate, and communicating this to business audiences.
Financial acumen – business case development and tracking of costs & benefits.
Clear communicator – in written and verbal formats and presentations to audiences.
