We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to provide support to the development team to assist in both the continuous improvement of current service lines and the mobilisation and implementation of new business/projects. This is a 3 month temporary contract with a view to possibly going permanent.
Displaying a highly organised and proactive attitude, with expert administration skills, the postholder will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders of all levels to support delivering programmes on time and to the highest standard. A ‘go to’ resource for the Development Team to undertake both simple and complex administrative tasks.
The role currently includes around 50% of time devoted to leading the administration of bidding activity, including managing portals, submission documentation compliance and managing the project plan for each bid programme.
The role will be based in North Harbour, Whiteley and at home – the Development Team can be flexible as to their working location although, the ability to travel to meetings with external partners and stakeholders is essential, with possible stays away from on occassions
