An exciting opportunity to join the Value Chain Optimisation team has become available within the National Buying Department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. This role is a Permanent Full-Time position.

This role is responsible for supporting the delivery and execution of projects within our Buying Department. You will maintain and support project planning activities including research, maintenance of project logs and development of business cases.

Selection criteria:

• Experience, and or a relevant tertiary qualification, in project administration, data analysis and process management

• Demonstrated experience completing research & developing insights for strategic use

• High level or organisation skills, with excellent attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Role responsibilities:   

• Collaborate with Value Chain Optimisation team to support project deliverables
• Support the development of business cases to validate value chain optimisation opportunities  
• Utilise various data sources to research and consolidate information for team use
• Capture and document project learnings & opportunities for utilisation in future projects.
• Assist in the development of project resources and documentation

• Support the planning of workshops and other team activities to ensure successful execution

• Manage project information and knowledge through MS Office suite

This role reports to the Director - Value Chain Optimisation.
