Key Responsibilities

• Have full involvement, responsibility, and accountability for the real-estate portfolio, which includes all daily, monthly, and annual duties related to the position
• Conduct treasury functions for real estate portfolio such as keeping track of and processing payments and construction draws, budgeting, reconciling bank statements, managing cash flow, and investing funds
• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all project partners
• Duties and responsibilities related to this position will alter and change as the needs of the business change.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in accounting
• Experience with real estate project accounting is preferred
• University degree in Accounting/Finance
• Proficiency in quickly learning accounting systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Detail oriented and maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and integrity
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to effectively represent the company to stakeholders
