As the Project & Governance Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering effective project management & governance across BT Sourced.  The role has responsibility for wide-ranging governance and administrative duties.  

Working closely with the Procurement Leadership team you will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to promote and sustain good corporate governance.

What will the role involve? Typical duties include;

• Supporting in preparation, management, and co-ordination of board papers, agendas, and meeting packs for BT and BT Sourced
• Supporting the Transformation leadership team on ad-hoc projects in support of the teams’ objectives
• Co-ordination of tasks related to internal and external audits
• Setting up structures to facilitate robust internal data management & storage
• Support the team in the delivery of key targets by ensuring strong systems of internal control are in place and by monitoring compliance.
• Get involved as required in change management and continuous improvement initiatives across BT Sourced

What are we looking for in our Specialist? You may have a variety of the below;

• Excellent communication skills, with a high-level of attention to detail and well organised with the ability to operate under pressure in a fast moving-environment
• Strong ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage your own workload often with conflicting priorities
• Expertise in the use of Excel and PowerPoint
• Dealing with confidential and sensitive information
