We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to oversee the successful delivery of the Global OTT Streaming Portfolio across Europe including projects such as Mandatory Pin, Advertising and Linear Subtitles

What you’ll do:

• Lead the planning of complex OTT Programmes and initiatives across multi-disciplinary teams working in close collaboration with delivery teams across product and technology.
• Be confident leading programmes working with multiple senior, technical, product and business stakeholders and owning communication of the outputs (actions and key points).
• Be Proficient in creating and managing Programme plans, resource allocation plans, programme risks and issues, escalating any threats or opportunities to key senior stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Excel in Programme reporting, covering clear concise exec and programme updates, as well as progress on milestones, risks, issues and mitigation plans.
• Build out and manage a highly skilled team of Project Managers and provide them with coaching and career development opportunities.
• Be confident in implementing budgets (finance and resource) for change initiatives, control forecasts and actual costs or resource allocations against the budgets.

What you’ll bring:

• A proven track record of relevant project and programme delivery spanning multiple years, working in a fast-paced industry.
• The ability to think strategically, pragmatically and positively about product, technical and cross-functional challenges collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholder groups to problem-solve effectively for the benefit of our customers
• Strong leadership, with motivational skills including the ability to lead throughout all levels of the organisation.
• Ideally a recognised Programme Management Practitioner certification
• Experience of using JIRA and Confluence tools for reporting and tracking is preferred
