“This role is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse Project and Programme management team working across a diverse portfolio covering sales & service, data, devices and content within Global OTT” – Programme Manager

As part of our team you will be accountable for a growing team of project managers delivering key OTT capabilities that supports the strategic growth of our data platforms, a catalyst in transforming engagement with internal customers and instrumental in ensuring data is at the heart of all our project and programmes. Stakeholder management is key as this involves working with diverse senior stakeholders both within and external to Global OTT.

What you’ll do:

– Provide a streamlined interface between Global OTT Data team and various Product partners including NOW and Sky Ticket in Europe and other Sky business functions, ensuring working relationships remain strong, work intake operates smoothly, and priorities continue to be aligned.

– Lead the planning of complex OTT Programmes and initiatives across multi-disciplinary teams working in close collaboration with delivery teams across product and technology.

– Have the ability to operate in a consultancy manner to help identify, support and promote the strategic direction of data platforms.

– Lead the transformation with stakeholder engagement; being at the forefront of bringing stakeholders together and implementing changes to make data a core part of all projects and programmes in order to support business decisioning and drive the product experience.

– Be proficient in creating and managing Programme plans, resource allocation plans, programme risks & issues, escalating threats or opportunities to key senior stakeholders in a timely manner.

– Excel in Programme reporting, covering clear concise exec and programme updates, as well as progress on milestones, risks, issues and mitigation plans.

– Partner with key stakeholders to ensure that programme deliverables are developed and delivered to production as efficiently as possible; bringing clear structure and holding people accountable.

What you’ll bring:

– A proven track record of relevant data-related project and programme delivery spanning multiple years, working in a fast-paced industry.

– The ability to think strategically, pragmatically and positively about product, technical and cross-functional challenges collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholder groups to problem-solve effectively for the benefit of our customers

– Strong leadership, with motivational skills including the ability to lead throughout all levels of the organisation.

– Experience in leading data-related programmes and a consultancy background, with experience in transforming ways of working across varied teams are essential.

– A recognised Programme Management Practitioner certification

– In depth knowledge of tracking and reporting tools and experience with Atlassian tools including Confluence and JIRA is desirable
