This role is a fantastic opportunity to join the Digital Transformation Sales and Service organisation as a Programme Manager, working on a diverse portfolio covering Peacock, NOW, Sky Ticket and Showtime. You and your Project Managers will be responsible for a portfolio of projects looking after the end-to-end delivery of projects for Sales and Service.

What you’ll do:

• As part of the Program Management leadership team, you will provide a streamlined interface between Digital Transformation and stakeholders across Sky including NOW, Peacock, Showtime, and Sky Ticket in Europe. Ensuring working relationships remain strong, work intake operates smoothly, and priorities continue to be aligned.
• Lead the planning of complex programmes and initiatives across multi-disciplinary teams working in close collaboration with the delivery teams for your portfolio of projects
• Be responsible for a group of dedicated high performing Project Managers within your portfolio, ensuring their personal development plans provides for growth and continuous improvement
• Provide up to date reporting and status to senior stakeholders and executives
• As part of the Program Management leadership team, you will work to apply best practises to program and project management to ensure quality delivery of services

What you’ll bring:

• A proven track record of relevant programme delivery spanning multiple years, working in a fast-paced industry
• The ability to think strategically, pragmatically, and positively about product, technical and cross-functional challenges collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders for the benefit of our customers.
• Relevant technical experience, ideally with an understanding of OTT, Streaming services and Sales and Service capabilities
• Strong leadership, with good communication, influencing and relationship management skills across all levels of the organisation
• Worked in the Agile Framework with a good knowledge of tracking and reporting tools with the ability to build and evolve delivery tools and processes
• A recognised Programme Management Practitioner certification is desirable
