The Technology Resilience Programme (TRP) is a complex portfolio of delivery that provides a wide variety of opportunity in diverse areas of technology, bridging new cloud technologies with more traditional IT.
The programme is passionate about providing modern, sustainable, technical solutions ensuring services the bank provide are robust, secure, and fit for purpose.
What we’d like to see from you:
You'll be a self-motivated and proactive teammate who has an eye on the bigger picture but can apply laser focus to ensure delivery. You're up for the challenge of working on a large, sophisticated programme that will drive significant change across our business. You'll enjoy storytelling, look to identify associations and gaps, ask the questions others don’t, drive out clarity from ambiguity and be able to challenge the norm to drive business outcome.
