Te Whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced administrator who will provide local administrative support for student and academic services related processes. Key components of the role include establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within the faculty and across the university to ensure effective support for the delivery of services to students.

The suitable candidate will have a tertiary qualification or have relevant experience in a similar role or similarly large, complex organisation. Your ability to build robust relationships with multiple stakeholders whilst managing expectations will be key to your success in this position. You will also be good at multitasking, able to prioritise work and thrive under pressure. You will be able to work effectively in a team setting and independently with sole responsibility for coordinating an end-to-end process. Naturally, you’ll be confident in your knowledge and use of the Microsoft suite of programmes.
