The Role

Our Program Managers partner and support key Agile tribes and work with Product Owners and Chapter Leads.  Operating in an agile environment you drive the delivery of key strategic programs. This includes running and managing Tribe councils, program governance, design, development, execution and realisation of business critical implementation deliverables.

Key responsibilities will be:

• Leading the team in the development and execution of all typical program toolsets, (Schedule, Dependencies, Risk, financials)
• Ensuring the right design decisions and compliance to business principles
• Stakeholder engagement across multiple business streams
• Team engagement
• Accurate reporting on progress, risks, roadblocks and financials
• Identifying solutions to mitigate or minimise program risks

Who we’re looking for

Our Program Manager roles are for true delivery specialists; with an agile delivery background (ideally in retail), and a proven track record in delivering complex solutions at scale. 

To be successful you’ll need:

• An understanding of Store Operations & the Retail environment
• Formal program management and/or agile qualifications 
• Experience connecting program stakeholders, tasks and bringing it all together
• A good lens on systems and processes
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing & management skills
• Strong commercial/business acumen
• Track record of initiative delivery at scale and in a complex environment
