Amazon Prime Video team is looking for an analytical and creative Program Manager to join our content licensing team. The Program Manager will provide support for our global licensing efforts and be responsible for managing our contractual rights and partner relationships outside of deal negotiation. You will liaise with other Amazon digital video teams within Amazon (catalog operations, marketing, etc.) to manage the execution of our content license agreements. Additionally, you will be part of the larger content licensing team and support with content insight analysis and ad hoc data requests.



Key job responsibilities
· Turn content license agreements into standardized metadata for internal consumption
· Manage title schedules and communicate key dates to stakeholders
· Respond to partner payment inquiries, working with accounts payable to resolve
· Performance reporting and content insight analysis; analyze performance results to drive improvements in acquisitions strategy
· Identify opportunities to streamline, automate and scale processes

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in program or project management
• Experience with Excel

• Work experience in process improvement and/or digital/high-technology companies/products
• Experience using macros

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent in Dutch or Swedish
• Knowledge of database query technologies (SQL)
• Ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external vendors
• Experience in leveraging technology to invent, improve, and scale
• Proven ability to analyze complex license or business development agreements in high pressure environments
• Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles and develop process that drives scale
• Adept at working with different systems and making recommendations on improvements for both systems and processes
