About the Team

The Institutional Clients Group (ICG) Engineering and Architecture Practice (EAP) focuses on ensuring architectural cohesion and delivering common, cross-functional capabilities across ICG Technology.

This role is in ICG EAP Governance & Adoption (GA). GA is a newly created hands-on group within the EAP whose mission is to set focus on realizing value by controlling the delivery of the strategy, driving sustainable adoption, and establishing metrics for ICG. The group defines and implements a high standard project management framework, adoption methodology and change management to drive transformation and tangible results.

About the Role

The ICG EAP Program Manager would require a hands-on, organized, and resilient profile to challenge and drive results.

Work closely with teams across functions to drive the activities of Engineering and Architecture Practice for Markets. This role will report to the ICG EAP Governance & Adoption Head, and matrix to the Markets EAP Heads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively ensure that the strategic initiatives sponsored by Markets are successful
  • Coordinate and drive the architecture activities within Markets
  • Hands-on delivery and roll-out of strategic projects / programs management, adoption, and metrics
  • Implement and drive compliance to ICG EAP GA Program Management and Change Management standards and framework (governance tools, planning, risk management, gap analysis / measurement, continuous improvements, etc.)
  • Stakeholder engagement and management at all levels
  • Change management and coaching
  • Define, implement, and control metrics
  • Coordinate and align reporting and communication
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Effectively use SDLC and collaborative tools and processes

Experience

  • Experience in defining and implementing high standard program management framework
  • Extensive experience managing transformation projects / programs, driving operational process change and improvements in a technology organization
  • Expertise in change management / stakeholder management techniques
  • Solid practical knowledge of Agile delivery
  • Proven track record of delivering high standards and successful technical projects / programs
  • Experience in delivering projects within a complex financial services environment
  • Strong experience with data analysis and presentation tools (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience is using Project & Portfolio Management tools in enterprise setup (e.g. Clarity PPM)
  • Professional learning / certification preferred: PMI-PMO, PMI-PgMP, Prince2, SAFe
