Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in in project management, project controls, engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in the construction industry
• Experience in a leadership role within a global organization
• Experience in international, industrial construction Capital Expenditure (Capex) programs

Preferred qualifications:

• Mater's degree or other advanced degree in engineering or project management
• Experience in facility construction
• Experience managing larger organizations
• Experience with change management
• Ability to manage complexity and multiple priorities
• Excellent written/verbal communication, influencing, facilitation, leadership, problem-solving, people management, and presentation skills

In this role, you will liaise with construction Product Managers and vendors to ensure effective standardization, implementation, and adherence to best practices of construction contracting.

You will manage upwards and across the organization, and build relationships with stakeholders in a matrixed and constantly changing environment. You will collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization with experience-leading, cross-functional process improvements and exhibiting the ability to ensure program controls, processes, and governance are adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Implement established program controls approach that is flexible, effective, efficient, and responsive to stakeholder as well as executive leadership reporting needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert on data center CapEx construction program controls (e.g., cost, schedule, agreements, risk, and change management) for existing data centers.
• Lead efforts to improve operational efficiency, cycle times, reliability, predictability, and on-time delivery.
• Develop program plans, conduct cost, benefit and risk analyses, produce contingency options, and recommend courses of action.
• Prepare and analyze annual plan/budget to ensure cost of work is in line with global expectations.
