Program Manager – Capability works as part of a highly productive and dynamic team charged with leading and building a constructive and inclusive culture across Forest, Fire and Regions Group (FFRG). The role requires skills in organisational development, learning and leadership development and experience in both developing leadership and learning solutions and implementing them.
Reporting to the Program Manager, Culture, Capability and Diversity, you will lead development of FFRG's capability development program, working with key stakeholders to determine group learning and development priorities and developing and implementing effective and engaging learning and development solutions that are practical and aligned to business needs.
This role is an amazing opportunity to contribute to a significant cultural change program and make a positive difference to one of Victoria's most important organisations. You will bring strong experience in designing, developing and implementing effective and engaging learning and development solutions, and be familiar with current and relevant training methodologies that support a blended learning approach (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc).
