We are looking for an ambitious and high-achieving Product Manager to join us on our ambitious TV Transformation journey. Reporting into the Head of TV, you will play a crucial role for the management of existing products and their operation including engagement with TV operations. This includes the management and improvement to existing product customer experience, and the introduction of new features to existing products
This will be a highly visible role up to ExCo level and there will be very tangible opportunities to affect the future success of the Direct business unit as well as TalkTalk as a whole.
The role will be part of the TV Product Team and will work closely with the Direct (to Consumer) team including Partnerships, Proposition, Data and Business Change.
Other regular and critical collaborations will be with areas of the business covering commercial, sales & loyalty, customer service & experience, marketing as well as third party partners.
Key responsibilities:
Defining and delivering new TV and associated products/categories
Extending and developing existing products to enhance the TV proposition
Contribute to the medium and long term product roadmap definition and management;
Helping to implement the strategic vison of the Head of TV to achieve long term goals
Working with the TV internal and external partners to ensure smooth running of the TV BAU services
Actively feed into long term content strategy and proposition
Customer testing-based Innovation and ideation
Experience
Product Management delivering new products or significant additions to existing products
Experience of successful TV and Entertainment product roadmap definition and management
Worked in a consumer environment with TV products – devices and/or services
Experience with consumer OTT video devices and services (iOS/Android/Web) is required
Experience of successfully working with device ecosystem products including TV and IoT
Exposure to working in an agile methodology (e.g. lean) focused organisation
Need to demonstrate successful experience of B2C product management discipline including the latest methodologies, trends and standards
