Reporting to the Executive Creative Producer and the Producer, the Production Manager will play a key role in assisting to run commercial and branded content jobs from ideation through to delivery. You will support the Producer across multiple jobs at the same time and help on all key areas such as responding to briefs, creative pitches, client liaison, handling budgets and full production needs.

What you’ll do:
– Ability to work across different production types and needs at the same time (branded content, TVCs, idents, etc…)
– Planning and organising production and post schedules
– Helping to assess project and resource requirements and suggesting freelancers to fill gaps where necessary
– Budgeting skills inc knowing how to create budgets and reconcile them
– Looking after wrap of jobs, including all invoice requirements and liaising with our third-party finance team
– Raising PO’s for new jobs using Sky’s Ariba system
– Copywriting and picture research for pitch decks
– Submitting scripts, rough and final copies of TVCs to Clearcast
– Delivering TVCs to stations via Peach
– Organising shoots, including booking crew, catering, locations, transport etc

What you’ll bring:
– An in-depth knowledge of Clearcast and APA rules and guidelines is a necessity
– Confidence and happy with client facing meetings
– Technical knowledge of broadcast quality cameras, sound gear, lighting, etc…
– Contact’s for freelancers, kit houses and studios
– Post production knowledge of formats, codecs, broadcast / digital specs
– APA knowledge around rates, rules, hours of work, etc…
– Clearcast knowledge for what will and won’t pass for TVCs
– Project management skills
– Microsoft Office experience essential
– Adobe Creative Cloud experience a bonus
