The Role:
The successful candidate will participate in the preparation and baking of 180 Degrees’ products, working to specified quality and quantities. Tasks will include:
· Adhering to Health, Safety & Environment obligations
· Prepare ingredients and ensure they meet all quality specifications
· Manual handling and lifting
· Precisely weigh and measure ingredients and complete an ingredient check list
· Assist with the operation of biscuit production lines and related equipment including ovens
· Follow standard operating procedures to produce products that meet quality & standards
· Ensure products are manufactured in order to meet production targets
· Ensure baking area is kept clean and tidy and that all work areas and equipment are cleaned to the levels specified in the HACCP Food Safety Manual
· Maintain a high level of personal hygiene as per 180 Degrees policies

· Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferable but not essential.
