Product, Training and Support Administrator - Nectar360 - Data & Insight Team

What is the role about?

Based in Holborn, London at the Sainsbury’s Support Centre, an exciting opportunity for a Product, Training and Support Administrator has become available to join the fun, energetic & collaborative Data & Insight team, part of the Nectar360 FMCG team. With over 19 million Nectar users and over 5 billion Nectar points shared, we’re the market leader in delivering superior data and insight. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the commercial process are accurate and the user engagement is seamlessly managed for our industry leading tool, Sainsbury’s Insight Platform (SIP).

What you will be doing:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Supporting the Product Training and Support Executive in creating and developing Nectar360 external comms e.g. Newsletters

· Assist with Sainsbury’s Insight Platform (SIP) renewals and contracts, ensuring the correct information is captured in a timely manner.

· Support the wider Nectar360 Commercial team in ensuring SIP contracts are accurate and are reflected in SIP

· Ensure client SIP access is up to date, and highlight to the commercial teams where there are gaps and upcoming renewals due

· Responsible for tracking the status of our data sharing contracts

· Support the administrative onboarding of our new platform for Argos clients

· Manage training schedule for Nectar 360 clients, Sainsburys colleagues and Argos colleagues

· Improve our financial admin by ensuring new clients and the associated SIP contracts and insight opportunities are accurate and set-up on internal systems.

· Work with the team and finance to help bring-in aged debt from relevant clients.

· Support the team in developing quick turnaround proposals for clients

· Develop and improve team’s sales tools e.g. Creds Decks, new propositions etc.

· Collate relevant market, industry, and client information to communicate to the wider team.

· Carry out store visits to keep abreast of activity within Sainsbury’s and competitors.

· Manage the inbound enquiries to the Nectar360 Insight mailbox from prospective clients

· Manage and deploy regular comms to our existing and prospective clients to help drive our insight channels

 

REQUIREMENTS:

· Be highly organised

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Competent in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word and Outlook

· Be self-motivated & a high energy team player

· To be patient and adaptable

· Dedication to going the extra mile

· The ability to understand business needs

· Knowledge of working with data is preferred

· To be quality conscious

· To have an excellent eye for detail

· Preferred good numerical and grammatical skills

· Have good interpersonal skills

· Proactive problem-solving capabilities
