Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in Management Consulting, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and/or Finance, Investment Banking, Financial Tech, and/or Venture Capital

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with program management
• Experience leading and completing complex operational and strategic initiatives
• Experience with executive stakeholder management, and written and verbal communication both internally and externally
• Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills

In this role, you will analyze trends in the industry, build business plans, and run the cadence of organizations, connecting the operating lines between functions and communications. Our team partners with executive leadership to run key functions that cross-cut our existing organizations and deliver high-impact projects. We help Engineers, Product Managers, UX, and all of our other functions build amazing products that delight our users.

Responsibilities

• Drive product and/or geo-specific projects cross-functionally, particularly on Go-to-Market and project management.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve user adoption, operational efficiencies, and partner activity.
• Contribute to product strategy and operations efforts, including opportunity sizing, market analysis, business modeling, and contribute to local product testing.
• Manage business performance in the region across all cross-functional teams, create business and Go-to-Market plans.
• Drive analytics and reporting for the region, and deep-dive into user behavior, key industry trends, and market landscape where needed.
