Minimum qualifications:

• Experience in a customer-facing role within the field of enterprise mobile computing.
• Experience working with Android ecosystem partners in Enterprise Mobility Management, mobile device manufacturers, and/or mobile operators.
• Experience working with mobile operating systems.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience or understanding of Enterprise Mobility Management solutions including usage with Android and other mobile OS.
• Knowledge and understanding of wireless technologies and network infrastructure solutions.
• Ability to present in front of large audiences.
• Ability to embrace change, quickly learn new technologies, work closely and effectively with cross-functional teams, and be open to new ideas and processes.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the region.
• Excellent multi-tasking, time management, and written/verbal communication skills.

The Android Enterprise Product Operations team helps shape current and future product planning through partner and customer ecosystem engagement to organize broad inputs into usable insights. We work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Global Partnerships, and Partner Engineering teams to land and expand adoption of Android at work.

As a Product Specialist, you will work with key partners to engage with enterprise customers across priority sectors/industries to aid adoption and generate insights toward building product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the value proposition of Android in the Enterprise including deployment best practices to customers and partners.
• Present to customers/partners and reshape the perception of Android in the workplace. 
• Provide guidance and leadership on creation of product messaging assuming technical marketing responsibilities to align messaging.
• Gather customer feedback and requirements on the Android platform and market fit to drive product enhancements.
• Partner with Android ecosystem partner field teams, identify/engage key customers, assist adoption, and assist in product roadmap evolution.
