You will partner with Technology and CSG squads, engaging with Senior Leadership, Technology partners, Product owners, Tribe Leads and Squad members to help build an always on technology delivery model for CSG, reinforce the Agile mindset and to embed Agile principles in the day to day work.

You will help strengthen Agile practices and playbook, and you will be a champion for Agile culture and behaviours—a ‘culture carrier’

We’re looking for leaders who:

  • Are strong change agents and can influence mind-set and behaviours, including those of senior leaders
  • Are able understand a product vision
  • Are passionate about Agile principles and are excited to embed them across the organization
  • Apply innovative and creative thinking in order to solve problems and get things done
  • Are intellectually curious and love learning new skills and capabilities, e.g., Agile principles
  • Are courageous and will be comfortable challenging, advising, and coaching Product Owners, Tribe Leads and Senior Leadership

What You’ll bring:

  • Deep understanding of the Technology business and acts as a true partner in the delivery of the vision
  • To demonstrate strategic thinking and ruthless prioritisation and successfully deliver on the squad mission
  • Experience working with or in Agile teams and understanding of Agile practices
  • A desire and openness to learning and continuous improvement
  • Strong influencing skills to achieve alignment up, down and across the organization
  • Courage to challenge and advise various stakeholders, including Senior Leadership
  • Excellent communications and people-interaction skills
  • Commitment to the organization’s new way of working through greater collaboration and breaking down of siloes
  • Ideally (not must-have), of reasonable tenure at the organization, i.e. threshold familiarity with navigating the company ecosystem
  • Providing coaching, support, and guidance to Squad members and all relevant stakeholders to influence Agile culture and behaviours
  • Bringing a continuous improvement and MVP mindset to the Squad’s work
  • Reinforcing the right culture, behaviours, and mindset within your Squads and also across the organization, based on the organization leadership principles
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and the squads
  • Provides continuous feedback
  • Acts as a mentor to other PO’s in the tribe
