The Digital Communications Lab, in the Onboarding and Customer Comms Value Stream will give you the opportunity to work in a growing dynamic team which paves the way to digitising communications for the group and making the Bank a more sustainable business. You will be joining a fast paced and exciting Lab which owns and grows the Paperfree proposition, SMS, Push and email channels for the whole group. The Digital Communications Lab empowers its teams to think big, test and learn and drive outstanding changes for our customers and the Bank.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Digital Communications Lab for a Senior Product Owner.

Do you want to drive cultural change at the UK’s largest digital bank?

As a Senior Product Owner, you'll play a key role by enabling and inspiring our people to make changes in order to deliver high quality, efficient and impactful outcomes. In the Digital Communications Lab, you'll be responsible to drive the growth of our Digital Communication channels, identify new opportunities to migrate paper out of the business and support the Lab PO in defining the Digital Communications strategy for the next few years. You'll be working cross-division and will empower a number of Feature teams and support them in delivering ground breaking, safe and robust changes for customer whilst ensuring our BAU is full proof. You'll ensure we enable the Bank to communicate to our customers in a meaningful way, in the right channel at the right time.

  • You've a well-developed communication kit bag with extensive customer management experience
  • A natural facilitator and decision-maker, you'll enable collaboration across all disciplines within the Lab
  • And you'll influence positively - demonstrating similar values and behaviours to our Group's and encouraging this in team members

We'll be specifically looking for these skills on your CV:

  • Experience working with technical and cross-functional teams to deliver change
  • Proven experience in strategic and large transformations
  • Advanced business insight
  • Knowledge of operational communications preferable but not required

What else could you bring with you?

  • Experience of influencing alignment up and down the organisation - able to explain prioritisation decisions in releases
  • Experience of crafting a phenomenal team environment that attracts and retains talent
