Product Masterdata and Elixpedia Manager
An exciting role within the Product Masterdata team combining ownership of Elxipedia program across the SAP Hub alongside being a SAP MM KU and stewardship of product masterdata across a catalogue of brands. This role will allow the successful candidate to develop a deep understanding of the MM module alongside work with wide variety of stakeholders and strategic projects, as well as fostering a leadership and coaching role within the team.
•Be the Elxipedia (Elix) expert for KUs in the UK, RSA and LOME to be able to encourage and lead best practice sharing
•Represent the hub at all global Elix KU meeting and ensure our needs, gathered through regular stakeholder meetings, are noted and given correct priority. Share outputs with the hub team in our regular meetings
•Through strong relationships across the three hub countries, ensure all testing is completed on time and in full
•Lead training on new functionalities to the local team and ensure HUB countries KUs are fully aware
•Work on all internal projects impacting the key Elix tables alongside master data KUs, raising tickets for amends and upskilling local MD teams in process, ensuring it is considered on project plans
•Be gate keeper to all shared Elix tables across the hub ensuring only consistent data is added
•Ensure the quality and availability of products information, through the management of processes, in compliance with the Group policy and the external standards.
•Management of the material master data catalogue in SAP in line with Service Level agreement and by following the evolution of internal and external codification norms. (inc. creation, maintenance, quality check and reporting for all material types
•Be SAP MM key user - all aspects of key user role including training for end users, promotion of best practice, functional and end to end testing, user documentation, raising of SAP issues and Change Requests etc.
•Participate and support project work as needed such as Brand integration, Opera, new applications
