What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps for our core products – maintaining both a long-range roadmap but also a rolling release cycle
• Work with the IAC leadership, platform verticals and the software development team – identifying user needs, helping customers understand business value and working with cross functional teams to manage product releases including service introduction.
• Use DevOps/Agile methodology as the core philosophy for Product Development and Delivery
• Be a role-model to team-mates developing a collaborative approach to delivery of departmental and company goals.

What you'll bring:

• Experience leading product direction, preferably with experience on a cloud-based service.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure technology (AWS/GCP) and how it is used.
• Experience interfacing directly with engineering teams to ensure the products they build meet the needs of the partners and customers that ultimately use them.
• Can communicate complex technical issues simply and convincingly to a wide range of audiences.
• Critical thinker with a strong bias towards action; ability to go deep into technology and relate technical enhancements to customer use cases.
