The Product Management team in Sky Media is responsible for our industry leading TV advertising products (AdSmart, VOD and Sky Analytics). We define and deliver upon a roadmap of developments and enhancements, driving the development of new features, improving performance and maximising revenue from our products.

What you’ll do:

• Product Development – Define and manage the delivery of the VOD roadmap including working with internal and external stakeholders to identify new opportunities for developing the product, creating business cases and business requirements and working with development teams to ensure we deliver new features to market.
• Product Governance – Manage the product enhancement, prioritisation and change request process for VOD – ensuring we deliver the right features in the right order.
• Product Performance – Define the KPIs and customer experience for VOD and monitor both product and commercial performance identifying and implementing improvements where required.
• Product Strategy – Define and deliver the Product vision and strategic plan for VOD and Programmatic VOD.

What you’ll bring:

• Excellent people skills, with a positive and collaborative approach and the ability to drive cross-functional teams
• Demonstrable ability to manage complex projects and problems and drive change, successfully winning buy-in from internal and external stakeholders and management
• Demonstrate experience in successfully managing and delivering a product roadmap; driving commercial, system and operational process changes ideally having worked within a media / advertising environment
• The ability to think on your feet and be a product champion, solve problems and drive innovation
• Numerate, analytical with good commercial acumen and the ability to create convincing business cases
• Have strong written and verbal skills including the ability to simply articulate complex problems
