As a Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for creating seamless intuitive customer centric journeys and solutions across our digital channels and business. Driving quality customer experiences, maximising conversion/journey completion and delivering continuous improvement for the customer journeys. Under your management, you’ll provide customer value whilst targeting business KPIs including customer satisfaction, contact reduction, self-serve and journey completion.
You’ll be responsible for the delivery of the ‘right’ customer solutions with commercial results for identified digital journeys/channels. You’ll identify ways to continuously improve customer experience to drive self-serve, competitiveness & profitability, using insight to challenge existing practices where benefits are clear.

It's important you champion a test and learn approach and a working towards a ‘pure’ minimum viable product approach.
