The Product Catalogue Vendor Administrator has a deep understanding of our Harrods data and is a go-to person for our functional teams, working with the business dealing with any day-to-day data administration queries in relation to Expense and Merchandise Vendor set up and maintenance.

You will be responsible for maintaining the technical elements of the product catalogue, on-boarding and maintenance. You will work actively with our business teams, both business and technical, to ensure best in class data quality accuracy and service. This includes investigating any data related issues and making sure that we are following best data practices in line with the correct business processes, ensuring that audit trails are complete and correct processes are enforced to protect the business.

About Us

Harrods’ IT department is comprised of a broad and tailored offering to support our luxury store in Knightsbridge, London and our Harrods.com website, as well as our wider Retail, Sales, Buying, Distribution, Fulfilment and Corporate functions. About You

You will have prior experience within a similar role and experience with SAP or equivalent. Good Microsoft Office literacy is key, including Word, PowerPoint, intermediate Excel (xlookups and pivots. We require excellent attention to detail, resilience, and flexibility. You must be comfortable with complexity and ambiguity. You will be results-driven and delivery focused. You must be a collaborative person and an effective relationship builder, across both different functions and levels of the organisation.
