We work in an exciting area that continuously grows; you will work closely with business partners to understand their needs, translate those needs to our technology teams and support execution. This is a great opportunity for a Product Analyst to join our Partnerships Team,create customer valuee and bring your insights into real change for our business and customers.
What you’ll do:
• You will be part of our London based group team, supporting multiple billing partners throughout early stages of onboarding, launching and in-life management
• Perform data analysis tasks and performance reporting to help evaluate overall partnership execution and success
• Gather requirements for different partner billing journeys using our core functionality, perform analysis and use data to identify future product improvements
• Represent the customer and business requirements through customer flows, user stories and acceptance criteria that can be used as testing solutions to ensure they satisfy business expectation
• Support our technology teams to deliver and test partner billing journeys into production
• Create or use existing metrics and monitor to evaluate if the product direction is valuable to business users and customers alike
• Support on the delivery of offer management for different partners, pricing, or product changes
• Build great relationships with our commercial, partnerships and data teams – you’ll need to understand what’s driving their priorities and decision making to help them deliver on them
What you’ll bring:
• A passion for media and technology – it’s at the core of everything we do and are as a team
• The drive to get things done and make a difference, and the calmness to ensure we keep focused on the bigger picture when things are challenging
• Good balance of creativity, organisational and analytical skills
• Great communication skills, with an ability to multi-task, take ownership and prioritise on the go
• Relevant work experience in media, or experience working in product / technology
• Ability to define requirements through interviews/workshops and to improve processes and working practices, balancing costs and benefits when evaluating possible solutions
• Competency / fluency in other European languages, especially German and / or Italian (desirable, not mandatory)
