The Company:

We are a well-respected and highly reputable company who are currently expanding and growing within the engineering market. We are looking for an experienced Procurement Officer to join their business.

The Position/Duties:

• All aspects of procurement and supplier management as defined within the organisation's Business Management System.

• Act as a liaison between customers, suppliers and other departments to ensure all interested parties requirements are met.

• Hands on activities associated with the receipt and despatch of goods.

• Hands on management of inventory control including related tasks

• Raising of purchase orders for local and international goods.

• Quick learner with good communication skills

The Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of project procurement within an project mining industry or similar a must

• Over 2 years experience in Procurement preferred

• Experience within the project mining preferred

• Relevant qualifications

• Good computer skills with knowledge of SAP preferred

• Problem solving, self motivation, quick learner
